Role & responsibilities :-

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Outreach: Source potential leads through skilled networking sites like LinkedIn, job boards (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), and professional referrals.
- Networking: Engage with working professionals in relevant forums or community groups to identify individuals looking to transition careers or climb the corporate ladder.

2. Consultative Selling & Needs Analysis

- Assess Career Stages: Analyze a client's current professional situation, industry, and career aspirations to understand their specific needs.
- Tailor Packages: Recommend the ideal package (e.g., entry-level vs. executive-level resume, LinkedIn makeover) based on cost-benefit analysis and the client's budget.

3. Product Pitching & Value Demonstration

- Explain Value Proposition: Articulate how premium, professionally written resumes can improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



scores and accelerate job searches.
- Overcome Objections: Address client hesitations regarding pricing, turnaround time, or the necessity of professional writing services. Monster for Employers

4. Deal Closure & Package Customization

- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, package upgrades (e.g., adding interview coaching or executive bios), and payment terms.
- Sales Processing: Process payments, finalize contracts, and gather necessary intake details (current resume, career questionnaire) to pass on to the resume writers.
