We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our IT certification programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.

You will play a key role in expanding our learner base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals on suitable IT certification courses
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate programs
- Convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field




- 2-5 years of experience in sales (EdTech or IT training preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to explain technical courses in straightforward, persuasive language
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience selling IT certifications or professional courses
- Knowledge of AI/ML, Cyber Security, Scrum Master or Project Management certifications
- Experience handling domestic or international leads
