- Lead site/HO operations including civil, finishing, waterproofing, and repair tasks. Ensure milestone-based execution aligned to GFC drawings, BOQs, and timelines.

2.Track macro and micro progress. Review and validate DPRs, WPRs, and quality reports submitted by site supervisors. Escalate deviations proactively to Project Management.

3.Plan, deploy, and optimize labor and materials. Manage contractor performance, negotiate rates when required, and enforce site/HO-level discipline.

4.Conduct independent audits of work quality, snag rectification, and compliance to material specs. Ensure zero-defect delivery.

5.Resolve escalated maintenance issues, support customer-facing teams with technical insight, and coordinate AMC scope fulfilment.

6.Anchor snagging, de-snagging, and readiness checks.



Coordinate with MEP, finishing, and consultants for timely site release.

7.Ensure statutory, environmental, and internal compliance. Maintain updated registers, checklists, and incident reports. Participate in audits.

8.Guide Site Supervisors in execution methodology, documentation, and technical problem solving. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and support performance reviews.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
