Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in New Delhi, for a Production Merchandiser.

The Production

Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end production process, coordinate with suppliers ,design team and production unit, manage inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery of quality garments.

Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with the design team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer needs are met through effective product planning and merchandising strategies. Qualifications

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with teams, vendors, and Design team efficiently

Proven experience in Sales and Retail, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction





Knowledge of Marketing principles and the ability to identify trends and opportunities

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills

Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Prior experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus
