Production

Engineer

- Gender: Male

- Experience: 5 to 8 Years

- Industry: Packaging Machine Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the Assembly unit.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.

- Monitor manpower utilization and machine operations.

- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with production standards.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

- Implement 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.

- Minimize production downtime and material wastage.

- Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Packaging Machinery Manufacturing.

- Robust knowledge of fabrication processes such as assembly.

- Ability to handle shop floor manpower and production planning.

- Good leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred.

Salary

- 35K As per Experience & Interview Performance
