Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for a highly skilled Senior OIC Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher (BIP). The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions with minimal supervision.

Due to stringent project timelines and critical business requirements, the selected candidate is expected to work independently, engage directly with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality solutions in Oracle Fusion environments. In addition to strong technical expertise, the candidate should possess functional understanding of the relevant Oracle Fusion business processes based on their domain/stream.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and support BI Publisher (BIP) reports and data models.
- Build scalable and productive integration solutions for complex business requirements.
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL components to support integration and reporting needs.
- Integrate Oracle Fusion applications, including HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, reporting, and data-related issues.
- Follow integration best practices, security standards, and performance optimization techniques.
- Participate in Agile development activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Independently manage deliverables and proactively drive project activities within stringent timelines.

Required Skills Experience

1. 57 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
2.



Strong hands-on experience in OIC, SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher (BIP) .
3. Proven experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Services, JSON, XML, XSD, XSLT, and WSDL.
4. Good understanding of OAuth, JWT, and integration security concepts.
5. Experience integrating Oracle Fusion applications such as HCM, ERP, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, or Financials.
6. Functional knowledge (approximately 30%) of the relevant Oracle Fusion business stream/module is mandatory.
7. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Proven ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.
10. Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, and implementation teams.
11. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or support projects.
- Exposure to multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to solution design discussions.

We Are Not Looking For

- Candidates with only theoretical or limited OIC exposure.
- Candidates lacking hands-on experience in OIC, SQL, PL/SQL, or BI Publisher.
- Candidates who have never worked directly with clients or business stakeholders.
- Candidates requiring extensive handholding or continuous supervision.
- Candidates who are unable to independently drive deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Expectation For any OIC Developer role, strong hands-on expertise in OIC, SQL, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher (BIP) is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must possess approximately 30% functional knowledge of the relevant Oracle Fusion stream/module. Given the extremely stringent project timelines, developers are expected to work independently and contribute effectively.
