Role: Senior Manager - Tendering, Costing & Estimation (International Railway Projects)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end tendering, costing & estimation for international railway projects

Review tenders, RFPs, BOQs, Specs, and EPC/FIDIC contracts

Prepare technical and commercial bids; develop pricing and risk strategies

Evaluate vendor/subcontractor/JV proposals and prepare comparative statements

Coordinate with business, procurement, finance teams for preparation of technical and commercial bids

Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/JV negotiations

Qualifications & Experience

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

10 to 15 years overall comprehensive experience in preparing international technical and commercial bids for railway projects

Sound understanding of EPC contracts, tender documents and project costing

Sound knowledge of handling large tenders, project commercials and international contracts is must

Strong background in BOQ, cost/quantity estimation, rate analysis, and bid pricing

Familiarity with railway works (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, track, OHE, stations)

Robust experience working with international railway EPC contractors preferable
