Role Overview

This role exists because most of what we do at Outline India begins with a relationship. A meeting with a tech company opens a data partnership. A panel appearance gets us in front of the right ministry official.

We need someone who can build and manage those relationships systematically — and who can craft the external communications that make those conversations worth having in the first place.

I. Strategic Partnerships

- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with government bodies, donor organizations, foundations, AI and technology companies, CSR teams, and research institutions.
- Lead stakeholder outreach , relationship management, and partnership development.
- Convert opportunities into collaborations, projects , and long-term engagements.
- Maintain and manage a strong partnership pipeline.
- Represent Outline India at conferences, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.

II. Communications

- Develop content and communication materials that showcase Outline India's research, impact, and fieldwork.
- Support thought leadership initiatives, external communications, and organizational visibility.
- Create partnership decks , presentations,



case studies, and LinkedIn content.
- Strengthen engagement with policymakers, researchers, donors, and institutional partners.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, External Relations, Donor Engagement, or Strategic Communications.
- Previous work experience in social sector / development sector is required
- Proven experience working with large organizations such as government agencies, donor organization, corporates, foundations, or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and close strategic partnerships.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable representing an organization in senior-level meetings and public forums
- Based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role

Experience - should not be less than 7 yrs (below 7yrs, not eligible ) Offered CTC - upto 13LPA based on skills & experience
