We are looking for an experienced candidate with proven expertise in managing web development projects and AI/GenAI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of scalable digital products, and driving end-to-end execution across web platforms, AI applications, and technology initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, web technologies, AI/ML/GenAI, cloud-native architectures, project workflows, stakeholder management, and agile execution.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of web development and AI/GenAI projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
- Lead end-to-end digital and IT projects within manufacturing and customer life cycle management.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics aligned to EPC delivery goals.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, IT, AI engineers, and external vendors.
- Translate business requirements into project plans, sprint goals and timelines, Act as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive execution of projects development involving: Web applications / portals / dashboards ,AI-powered platforms , LLM / RAG / chatbot / automation workflows ,API integrations and cloud-based solutions, Analytics platform .
- Agentic AI systems for automated project reporting, decision support, and workflow orchestration.
- Lead integration of digital solutions with CRM, SAP S/4HANA, including Project Systems (PS), MM, PP, SD, Customer Service, FI/CO.
- Build scalable,



cloud-based data and analytics platforms integrating SAP S/4HANA data, Project, manufacturing data and sales & customer service data .
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, status reporting, sprint reviews, and project updates.
- Maintain project documentation including SOWs, BRDs, PRDs, timelines, release notes, and progress trackers.

Preferred Candidate profile

- Good understanding of modern web tech stacks, such as React / Next.js / Angular ,Node.js / Python / Django / FastAPI ,REST APIs / GraphQL ,Databases (SQL / NoSQL).
- Hands-on exposure to AI / ML / GenAI, Analytics projects, such as: LLM-based applications , Chatbots / AI assistants , RAG systems , Workflow automation , NLP-based tools , Data platforms, analytics, and real-time processing
- Familiarity with AI ecosystem/tools, such as: OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs ,Vector databases , Prompt engineering concepts ,Model evaluation / inference workflows
- Robust knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies, Experience with project management tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and distributed teams.
- Experience in digital transformation, software development, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong experience managing web development projects (frontend, backend, APIs, CMS, portals, SaaS platforms).
- Experience in managing cloud-based deployments (AWS / Azure / GCP) is preferred.
- Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in client-facing service-based companies / product startups / AI consulting environments is highly desirable.
