:

A Sr. Manager/AGM in CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) oversees steel casting operations, focusing on safety, quality (billet/slab), and productivity, managing teams, processes (moulds, cooling), coordinating with other departments (SMS, Mech, Elec), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring ISO compliance, essentially leading the shift/section for smooth, defect-free metal production. Key Responsibilities:

- Operations Management: Supervise end-to-end casting, monitor parameters (temperature, mould), manage start-up/shutdown, and ensure smooth sequence casting.
- Quality & Safety: Implement SOPs, analyze defects (RCA), ensure safety, and maintain metallurgical standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Team Leadership: Lead shift teams, deploy manpower, foster a valuable work environment, and manage performance.
- Maintenance & Planning: Plan mould/tundish changes, refractory management,



and coordinate with mechanical/electrical teams for maintenance.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives for yield, productivity, cost reduction, and downtime minimization.
- Reporting: Maintain production records, downtime analysis, and operational reports.

Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in CCM operations, steel metallurgy, and process control.
- Experience with IMS (ISO standards) and safety protocols.
- Ability to work cross-functionally (SMS, Mech, Elec, Quality).
