- Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations with a robust focus on Linux and AWS environments.
- Oversee server-side application management, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions on AWS.
- Manage and monitor Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and timely patching and upgrades.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Ensure security compliance, access control, and backup/recovery strategies for cloud and on-prem environments.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.




- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to IT operations and support teams.
- Kubernetes Administration experience will be an added advantage for managing containerized workloads.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience in Linux Administration (6+ years).
- Proven expertise in AWS Cloud Administration (4+ years).
- Experience in application and server-side management.
- Sound understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes Administration is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
