Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer to drive quality assurance initiatives across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and team leadership while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Software Quality Assurance lifecycle in Agile projects.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Build, maintain, and execute automated UI and functional test suites.
- Perform automation testing across web and mobile platforms using real devices and emulators.
- Review daily test execution results, identify defects, and track them to closure.
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple environments and ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor, guide,



and manage QA engineers, assigning tasks and providing technical direction.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and quality reviews.
- Drive Agile best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation coverage.

Required Skills

- 10–15 years of overall experience with 9–12 years in QA Automation/SDET.
- Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools:
- Selenium
- Appium
- Postman
- JUnit
- Mockito

- Experience with API testing and UI automation.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
- Strong SQL/database testing skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading QA teams and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or FinTech domains is preferred.
