- Backend Development Expertise: Proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Java for building scalable backend systems.
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL for schema design, optimization, and data management.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, deployment, and monitoring.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, and experience implementing compliant solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
