Position Details

- Designation: Sr. HR Executive
- Location: Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai
- Experience: 4 to 5 Years
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW
- CTC: 4 to 5LPA
- Working Days" :6 days

Interview: only F2F
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred OR max 15 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records
- Payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Labour law compliance, statutory audits, and contractor compliance
- Handling EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, BOCW, and CLRA compliance
- Employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Coordination with government authorities for labour compliance matters

Desired Skills:




- Solid knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Statutory Compliance
- Hands-on experience in Payroll, EPF, ESIC, BOCW, and Labour Compliance
- Experience in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, or Construction Industry preferred
- Good communication, documentation, and MS Office skills
