Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Demand Planning, Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;/IBP).

- Lead functional workshops and translate business requirements into o9 solution designs.

- Configure and implement o9 Demand Planning modules, including forecasting, planning hierarchies, planning levels, and workflows.

- Configure forecasting models, demand sensing, segmentation, and consensus planning processes.

- Design planning workflows, alerts, KPIs, dashboards, and planner workbenches within the o9 platform.

- Collaborate with technical teams on data integration, APIs, ETL processes, and master data management.

- Prepare functional specifications and support technical development.

- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.

- Support data validation, reconciliation, and production deployments.

- Train business users and provide post-go-live support.

- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and solution performance.

- Support change requests, enhancements, and production issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 4–10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.





- At least 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing o9 platform Demand Planning along with o9 Trainings and Certifications

- Strong understanding of demand planning and forecasting business processes.

- Experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through hypercare.

- Experience working with global supply chain organizations.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
