The company is expanding its engineering team in Indore and is looking for a passionate and experienced Firmware Engineer to help build next-generation avionics systems.
Position: Firmware Engineer The company is seeking a highly skilled embedded firmware professional with strong experience in microcontroller-based systems and embedded product development.
This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and want to contribute to safety-critical aviation technology. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize firmware for ESP32 and STM32 platforms aligned with product architecture and roadmap.
Design and execute firmware testing and validation plans to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve embedded systems performance and reliability.
Identify technical risks and schedule impacts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Contribute to firmware architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to achieve bi-weekly sprint goals.
Maintain detailed technical documentation in Confluence.
Publish and manage source code using GitHub version control.
Participate proactively in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate a positive, ownership-driven, and collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
Robust experience with
STM32 (mandatory)
ESP32 (preferred)
NXP/nRF or similar platforms
Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++.
Experience working with RTOS, communication protocols, and hardware interfaces.
Proven experience developing firmware for embedded systems products.
Understanding of safety-critical or avionics-grade development environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with LVGL and experience in DSP is a plus.

Have 8+ years of relevant industry experience
Be available for immediate joining
Be willing to relocate to Indore, MP, India
