Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Executive – IPQA to join our Quality Assurance team. The role involves ensuring in-process quality compliance across manufacturing and packaging operations by monitoring real-time processes and implementing corrective actions to maintain high product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Monitor in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging of skincare, cosmetic, and oral care products.

✔Perform line clearance, sampling, and in-process inspections as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.

✔Verify batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR) for completeness and compliance.

✔Identify and escalate non-conformances and deviations; support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

✔Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and internal quality systems.

✔Support the training of production personnel in quality compliance protocols.

✔Participate in internal audits, self-inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

✔Maintain accurate records of quality activities and assist in regulatory documentation.

Education:

✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry,



Microbiology, or related life sciences.

Experience:

✔Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IPQA within a cosmetic, skincare, or oral care manufacturing environment.

Key Skills:

Hard Skills:

✔Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and regulatory guidelines.

✔Proficient in reviewing BMR/BPR, performing line clearance, and conducting in-process quality checks.

✔Hands-on experience with quality tools like Deviation Management, CAPA, Change Control.

Soft Skills:

✔Excellent attention to detail and solid documentation skills.

✔Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams.

✔Proactive, analytical thinker with a problem-solving attitude.

✔Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and cross-functional environments.
