Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bihar for a Sr. Engineer / Jr. Engineer specializing in electrical substations. The role involves designing, reviewing, and implementing electrical substation layouts and systems, including equipment specification and power distribution arrangements.

Daily responsibilities include supervising installation and maintenance activities, performing inspections and testing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The engineer will coordinate with project managers, field teams, and external stakeholders to manage timelines, documentation, and technical reports,



while supporting troubleshooting and optimization of substation performance.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, with a strong understanding of fundamental electrical concepts.

Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems and Power Distribution, including load flow, protection, and substation operation.

Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including preparation of drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment specifications.

Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

Experience in substation projects, transmission or distribution networks, or similar power infrastructure work is preferred.

Knowledge of applicable safety standards, codes, and regulations for electrical installations.

Ability to read technical drawings, prepare reports, and use standard engineering software and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
