A Senior Electrical Engineer for a steel manufacturing Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) drives the reliability, automation, and maintenance of high-power casting systems. They minimize downtime by ensuring 24/7 power availability and troubleshooting complex electrical faults, overseeing PLCs, drives, and motors in high-temperature environments. - Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance schedules for critical equipment like HT/LT switchgears, transformers, VFDs, and motors. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) during equipment breakdowns. [1, 2]
- Automation & Control: Manage and troubleshoot automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA networks, and field instrumentation specific to CCM operations. [1, 2, 3]

- Safety & Compliance:

Key Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of industrial power systems, control panels, and wiring architectures.
