Key Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

- Prepare detailed electrical designs for LT and HT Panel projects.
- Design and review BOQs for LT/HT Panels, including PCC, MCC, PMCC, APFC, PLC Panels, and associated electrical systems.
- Prepare electrical equipment specifications, datasheets, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), control schematics, and electrical layout drawings.
- Perform electrical sizing calculations, cable sizing, load calculations, and material take-offs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Proposal & Estimation
- Prepare budgetary and detailed cost estimations for LT/HT Panels and Automation Systems.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications.
- Evaluate tender documents and prepare competitive bids within deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and technical clarifications.

Vendor & Customer Coordination
- Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with customers for approval of BOQs, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Conduct stage-wise discussions with clients during project execution to obtain necessary approvals.

Project Execution Support




- Provide technical guidance to the execution and production teams for panel manufacturing and site installation.
- Guide factory teams regarding panel fabrication, wiring, and cabling activities.
- Support commissioning teams during testing, installation, and system validation.
- Visit project sites and customer plants whenever required to review electrical design requirements.

Technical Knowledge Candidates should possess sound knowledge of:
- LT & HT Electrical Panels
- PCC, MCC, PMCC & APFC Panels
- PLC-based Control Panels
- Low Voltage Switchgear
- Siemens Automation Products and Pricing
- Electrical Distribution Systems
- Electrical Layouts & Lighting Design
- Cable Selection & Electrical Calculations

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Engineering, Production, and Project Execution teams.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify technical and administrative challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure smooth communication across all departments.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical panel design and proposal engineering.
- Experience in Water Treatment (WTP), Wastewater Treatment (WWTP), STP, or ETP projects will be preferred.
- Excellent understanding of electrical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Water & Wastewater Industry.
- Exposure to Industrial Automation and PLC-based systems.
- Experience in technical bid preparation and tendering.
- Familiarity with Siemens Automation products and industrial electrical systems.

Compensation
- CTC: 811 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and expertise)
