NFor our LiquiPAX businessunit, we're looking for a Senior Design Engineer who can take ownership of complete liquid line design- from concept to commissioning- across industries like FMCG, Pharma, Oil & Chemicals, and Beverages.

NOffice: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (On-site)

NWhat You'll Be Working On

- End-to-end designof liquid packaging lines
N
- Designing complete linelayouts integrating multiple machines seamlessly
N
- Developing custom solutions based on client requirements and applications
N
- Driving New Product Development (NPD) for LiquiPAX
N

nKey Responsibilities

N

n
- Own the full design lifecycle- concept, detailing, BOM, and execution
N
- Lead technical discussions with customers and propose right-fit machine configurations
N
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and drawings (SolidWorks / Solid Edge)
N
- Develop and manage BOMsand part codes
N
- Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and assembly teams for execution
N
- Troubleshoot design andassembly challenges on the shopfloor
N
- Guide and mentor juniorengineers within the design team

nWhat We're LookingFor

N

n
- Minimum 7 years of experience in liquid packaging / filling line machinery design
N
- Strong hands-on experience with:
N
- Filling, capping, rinsing systems
N
- Monoblock machines & full line integration
N
- Experience working withindustries like Pharma, FMCG, F&B;, Chemicals
N
- Comfortable in client-facing roles and technical discussions
N
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to commissioning
N

nTechnical Skills

- SolidWorks / Solid Edge
N
- Strong understanding of: Machine design & detailing, Manufacturing processes & assembly workflows, BOM creation
