Job Responsibilities : Perform and review detailed engineering calculations to validate system design parameters (heating, cooling loads, electrical loads, pipe sizeing, etc.) Preparing schematic, detailed drawings that illustrate layout of MEP system. Specifying equipment types and capacities. Preparing detailed reports specifications and schedules and list of equipment for MEPF systems Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions.

Interact with Technical Consultant to ensure design achievability. Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery. Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement good design practices.

Reviews MEP-Design for planning, designing, cost estimating.



Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.

Education Requirement : BE/ BTech in Mechanical Experience Requirement : 8 to 12 years experience. Preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finishes elements.

Skills & Competencies : Skills Rating (1-4) Knowledge of the contemporary, innovative practices of engineering. 4 Should posses effective communication and presentation skills 3 Knowledge of National and international standards and codes 4 Quick decision making and effective execution 4
