Job Title Data Operations Engineer Experience 5 Years Location Pune Work Mode Remote Qualification Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field Roles Responsibilities Monitor and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows to ensure high reliability and performance Automate routine data operations tasks and optimize workflows for scalability and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues ensuring data quality and integrity Collaborate with data engineering analytics and DevOps teams to support data infrastructure needs Implement and manage monitoring alerting and logging systems for data pipelines Maintain and enhance data governance access controls and compliance with data policies Support deployment configuration and maintenance of data tools services and platforms Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for data system outages or failures Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field 5 years of experience in data operations data engineering or a related role Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL Experience with data pipeline and orchestration tools e g Apache Airflow Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and cloud-based data services e g Redshift BigQuery Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or Shell Familiarity with version control systems Git and CI CD workflows Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
