Support (Inbound Voice)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala

Shift: 6 PM - 3 AM (Monday–Friday)

Salary: ₹ 30,000 - ₹ 35000 Per Month

Education: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory

We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive with 2+ years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process to deliver excellent customer service and efficiently handle inbound customer queries.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently

Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service

Meet individual performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity targets





Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Ability to manage customer queries and complaints professionally

Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
