We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in an Influencer Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer campaigns, brand partnerships, and sales strategies. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring brands, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands and marketing agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client marketing objectives and propose customized influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the influencer management and campaign teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.




- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within an Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Valuable understanding of influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
- Existing network of brand contacts is a plus.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
