Perform functional test of Calypso for patches and new functions and document test cases Provide regular status updates to stakeholders regarding team progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with project timelines.

Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting their professional growth and skills enhancement.

Effectively manage all team activities by assessing and allocating tasks among team members, ensuring the timely completion of feature testing to deliver high-quality software.

Understand the business requirement by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and suggest test plan and delivery time lines. Collaborate closely with development teams, business analysts, Project Managers and other business stakeholders to ensure that the test strategy and coverage aligns with the functional specifications.

Work closely with the development lead in release planning and preparation including release documentation, change request creation and all other change management processes.





Provide assistance to investigate and resolve issues escalated by the production support team related to Calypso configuration or functions. Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and take ownership of initiatives aimed at driving improvements and automating processes. Other tasks related to projects as directed by the manager Requirements Computer Science or equivalent degree

5 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in software testing, including a minimum of 2 years in a test lead capacity.

Strong hands-on experience with Fixed Income or Equity Derivative products, complemented by a thorough understanding of the trade life cycle for these instruments.

Demonstrated knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, with hands-on expertise in testing practices.

Understanding of front-to-back office business processes Good hands-on experience in SQL queries and proficiency in data testing.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Working knowledge of QA best practices.
