Job Summary

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions. Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career opportunities.





Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and student enquiries.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.

Convert leads into successful admissions by providing accurate guidance.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate student records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM and Google Sheets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing.

Build strong relationships with students to improve conversion and retention.

Prepare daily and weekly reports on admissions and follow-up activities.
