- Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and data to provide insights for management decisions.

- Accounting operations: Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts.

- Month-end and year-end close: Manage and execute the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Reconciliation: Perform regular and accurate reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including tax laws like GST and TDS.

- Auditing: Assist with internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and providing support.

- Process improvement: Identify errors and inefficiencies,



and recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.

Qualifications and skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or certifications like CPA are often preferred.

- Experience: Several years of accounting experience are necessary, with the specific amount often depending on the role.
