Role Overview:
As a Golang Developer at Spydra, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the high-performance backend services that power our core blockchain platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers and fellow engineers to translate complex technical requirements into robust, production-ready code. Your work will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our decentralized applications, ensuring seamless data processing and secure transaction handling for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient, scalable microservices using Golang to support high-throughput blockchain operations.
- Optimize backend performance and database queries to ensure low-latency responses for enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and decentralized protocols into the existing ecosystem.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement automated testing frameworks to maintain high standards of code quality and system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize downtime and enhance the overall user experience.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying scalable backend systems using Golang with 3 to 7 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases, including optimizing data structures for performance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and work effectively within an agile, collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of solving challenging engineering problems and a willingness to adapt to evolving technical requirements in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad for an in office/hybrid work setup.
