N1SpecialPlace is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The role will involve both on-site and online therapy services, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality therapy services to our clients using evidence-based practices.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Provide speech and language therapy services both onsite at our Noida centre and online through a secure web-based platform.
N
- Conduct evidence-based evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adult clients.
N
- Interpret results, develop individualized treatment plans, and document professional reports according to 1SpecialPlace's guidelines.
N
- Administer screenings and consultations as required, particularly for cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
N
- Select and implement personalized, evidence-based interventions based on client needs.
N
- Design and prepare creative therapy materials, including IEPs, session plans, and progress reports.
N
- Deliver therapy sessions both individually and in group settings, ensuring complete session documentation within 24 hours.
N
- Adapt treatment plans and interventions based on continuous assessment of client progress.
N
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and review client goals and treatment strategies.
N




- Maintain effective communication with clients' families regarding therapy services and progress.
N
- Participate in IEP meetings, team reviews, and contribute to goal-setting and treatment strategy development.
N
- Provide mentorship and workshops for junior Speech-Language Pathologists.
N
- Enhance professional skills by attending conferences, workshops, and training events.
N
- Counsel clients and families on the impact of cognitive-communication disorders and treatment outcomes.
N
- Adhere to the RCI Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice.
N
- Follow 1SpecialPlace SOPs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
N
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
N

nMinimum Qualifications:

N

n
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
N
- Current RCI certification.
N
- At least 5 years of experience working with pediatric and adult clients.
N
- Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation, including IEPs.
N
- Continuing education tomaintain an RCI certification.
N

nDesirable Qualities:

- Experience with pediatric therapy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
N
- Proficiency in tele-therapy platforms and computer technology.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
