DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To develop product specifications targeting Consultants/ Architects/ Govt department/PMC & any other specifying authorities.
- Identify projects in advance stage & work towards securing specifications.
- Identifying & achieving 80% of specs target from Top A class Architects/Acoustic consultants /PMC etc ensuring continuous specs inflow of product basket mentioning brand name in BOQ/Tender
- Closely work with Sales team for closure ensuring business inflow by converting specification to sales & helping them in breaking competitor specs
- Increase market awareness of company & brand in the region.
- Site visit, Inspections, Product positioning, project budgeting & quotation generation.
- Market research & analysis to estimate demand for current products/ revised specification for existing products
- Prepare and submit applications, documents and reports required for approvals.
- Recommend/ Implement actions required to improve system performance.
