Job Profile:

- Creation & upgradation of Syllabus, Lesson plans, Worksheets, Question Papers, Assessment report card, teaching learning Tools, Subject Enrichments Activities and scouting digital contents for teaching aids.
- Create Diagnostic Test Papers
- Creating question papers as per the prescribed syllabus for all the internal examinations
- Keeping track of all the CBSE advisories and changes in the syllabus or marking
- Creating question papers for teaching staff hiring
- Conduct subject trainings for K12 schools
- Conduct/support special trainings to identified schools based on need /requirement
- Any other training as per requirement of the school/ CO
- Conduct audit of K12 schools whenever planned
- Conduct special visits/surprise audits to identified schools based on need /requirement
- Review audit documents including questionnaire, checklists, rubrics for rating.
- Create comprehensive audit report for audits conducted independently




- Conduct Doubt Clearing sessions for the board classes whenever required.
- Guide the teachers for better teaching-learning process
- Guide the schools in developing and upgrading the laboratories.
- Create annual academic events for Social sciences, class wise and provide to schools
- Take part in all other initiatives organized by CO periodically
- Be well versed with the conditions of NEP for curriculum and assessments

Candidate Profile: 3Yrs+ experience in the specific Subjects like SST, Humanities, English

Graduate/Post Graduate with Teaching or Content development background

Robust communication with education background, preferably from Education Industry

Ready to travel, have knowledge on present Education system is preferable
