Education - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience - 5+ years.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for 3D modelling of battery parts and assemblies in UGNX.
- Creation of 2D part drawings and assembly drawings.
- Teamcenter working & GUI.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional teams like component development, vehicle integration etc... and resolve DFM / DFA comments.
- Get parts made in collaboration with Prototype team. Part assembly function & coordination with testing.

Technical/ Functional Domain

- Knowledge of battery & cell technology and components.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing of Aluminum PDC, plastics & sheet metal components.
- Strong understanding of coordinate geometry, packaging, fits & tolerances in assembly, friction & torqueing, bolting application.
- Basic level electrical understanding for electrical connections and experience in battery application.
- Software skills: UGNX, Teamcenter, Microsoft office.
