- Assess students' learning abilities, strengths, and challenges.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction based on students' needs.
- Adapt lesson plans, teaching methods, and learning materials.
- Support students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disabilities, speech and language delays, and other special needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and school administrators to support student development.
- Encourage students' social, emotional, and life skills.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning workplace.
- Participate in parent meetings, case conferences, and professional development programs.
