Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, or chat.

- Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and skilled manner.

- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure their needs are met.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in BPO customer service or related field.

- Proficiency in speaking Spanish language (written & spoken).

- Strong understanding of international voice process operations.

- Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts.
