- Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment • Talent sourcing and pipeline building through Naukri, job portals, and referrals • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements • Coordinating with candidates for interviews and follow-ups • Effective stakeholder communication • Maintaining tracking reports and sourcing metrics Experience Required:
- Hands-on experience in talent sourcing and recruitment support • Strong understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques • Valuable communication and coordination skills • Excellent Boolean String Knowledge • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment preferred
