About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to drive category sourcing, supplier strategy, cost optimisation, and long-term vendor partnerships across our corporate gifting portfolio. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can build a scalable supplier ecosystem while ensuring quality, innovation, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple product categories.

- Build and manage a robust network of manufacturers, importers, and suppliers across India.

- Identify recent sourcing opportunities and innovative products aligned with customer and market requirements.

- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.

- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service-level agreements.

- Drive cost optimisation initiatives through strategic negotiations and supplier consolidation.

- Analyse market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier capabilities to make data-driven sourcing decisions.

- Partner with Sales, Category, Design, Operations, and Project teams to support client requirements and new business opportunities.

- Develop sourcing strategies for large and complex enterprise orders.

- Conduct supplier audits and vendor visits to assess manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, compliance, and production capacity.

- Establish sourcing KPIs and monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.





- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through alternate sourcing strategies and contingency planning.

- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term business continuity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 6–10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management.

- Experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, lifestyle products, FMCG, retail sourcing, printing, or packaging is preferred.

- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.

- Proven experience in supplier development and vendor relationship management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sourcing analytics.
