Job Summary

Conduent is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and market mapping, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and build effective sourcing strategies

- Identify, source, and engage passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking

- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for open and future roles

- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess fit

- Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in ATS

- Perform market research and talent mapping to support hiring plans





- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process

- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

- 35 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment (preferably in a corporate or RPO environment)

- Strong expertise in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

- Proven ability to source for diverse roles and functions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT/IT bulk hiring or niche hiring

- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing technologies

- Strong networking and talent engagement skills
