We’re looking for a commercially sharp and technically strong Sourcing Manager to lead supplier development and cross-border procurement. Drive sourcing across India and China for raw materials and intermediates

Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality global suppliers

Lead negotiations, pricing, and contract execution

Manage end-to-end procurement (RFQs → PO → delivery)

Build solid vendor relationships ensuring quality, cost, and reliability

Work closely with R&D;, production, and quality teams

Handle cross-border transactions, imports,



and trade compliance What We’re Looking For

4+ years in sourcing (cosmetics / chemicals / pharma / intermediates)

Strong knowledge of raw materials, supply chain processes, and vendor management

Strong chemical/technical background (Chemistry preferred)

Proven negotiation and cost optimization skills

Experience with China suppliers (Mandarin is a strong advantage)

Solid understanding of international trade & cross-border procurement

Willingness to travel internationally
