About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Expert with at least 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging relevant talent across various non-IT sectors while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and location.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic suitability for the role.

- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and talent pipeline.

- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

- Ensure timely submission of relevant candidate profiles.

- Track sourcing metrics and maintain accurate recruitment records.





- Build and maintain a solid network of candidates across various Non-IT functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Non-IT recruitment/sourcing.

- Experience in sourcing candidates for sectors such as Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Operations, Manufacturing, BFSI, or other Non-IT functions.

- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.

- Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment databases.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Strong research and candidate identification skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a recruitment team.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Interview Process:

- Total 3 Rounds (1 Sourcing Test and other discussion rounds)

- All rounds will be F2F interviews and will be conducted in same day.

- Strictly no virtual round.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
