Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sourcing Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely purchasing of materials. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in purchase operations, and knowledge of electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source materials from reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor database and develop strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with internal departments for material planning.
- Verify invoices and purchase-related documents.




- Generate procurement reports using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally.
- Basic to good knowledge of electrical products/components.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and meet procurement timelines.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
