Costing Lead - Casting, Forging and Machining
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Job Location: Pune
Skills:
- Should costing / ZBC and sourcing activities for portfolio Forging /Casting.
- Develop cutting-edge cost models for both piece price and tooling for Forging /Casting/ Machining Components.
- Sound knowledge in manufacturing processes involved in castings (Steel & AL Die casting), forging parts, Tubes & hoses & should be aware of global cost modelling & cost structuring.
- Identify the machining process, and machine set up to meet GD&T; as in the 2d drawings.
- Good Knowledge about global raw material cost trends & Process cost trends.
- VAVE costing activities and ECN implementation for India and global customers / suppliers.
- Knowledge of tool cost estimation.
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical / Industrial / Production/ Automotive)
