RELEX Solution Architect – Space & Assortment Planning

Role Summary

Lead enterprise-scale RELEX transformation programs and own end-to-end solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and solution design sessions

Define future-state architecture and operating model

Design integrations with ERP, MDM, PIM and analytics platforms

Own data migration and workplace strategy

Provide governance across delivery workstreams

Support SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live readiness

Mentor consultants and architects

Required Experience

8+ years retail planning experience; 5+ years RELEX implementations; expertise in assortment planning, space planning, merchandising, product hierarchy, planograms, forecasting, data integration, and cloud solutions.

Technical Skills

RELEX Space & Assortment suite, API/integration architecture, data modelling, Azure/AWS concepts, SQL, analytics, solution governance, agile delivery.

Leadership

Guide functional and technical teams, mentor consultants, manage design decisions, and support executive steering committees.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related field. RELEX space and assortment certifications required.
