Solutions Architect

About The Role

Our Solutions Architects sit at the intersection of engineering and client delivery. You'll run discovery sessions with enterprise clients, define system architectures, scope engagements, and own the technical narrative from pre-sales through to delivery handover. You need deep technical credibility - you'll be in rooms with engineering leaders, CTOs, and business stakeholders, and you'll need to earn the trust of all of them.

What you'll do

- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and existing systems

- Design end-to-end architectures for AI, web, and mobile products

- Own the technical proposal and SOW alongside the business team

- Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the engagement

- Work with delivery engineers to ensure the build matches the architecture vision

- Define evaluation criteria and success metrics for every project

- Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and manage technical debt

What we're looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in an architecture or technical lead role

- Solid understanding of AI/LLM system design, APIs, and integration patterns

- Experience with cloud infrastructure design on AWS, GCP, or Azure





- Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to C-level executives

- Ability to scope and estimate complex multi-discipline engineering projects

- Track record of owning and delivering enterprise-grade software projects

Nice to have

Not required

- Prior experience in a software consultancy or agency environment

- Deep knowledge of RAG systems, LLMOps, or agentic AI frameworks

- Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect, or similar

- Experience in regulated industries (FinTech, HealthTech, LegalTech)
