We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications on Microsoft Azure . This role is ideal for an architect with deep expertise in cloud-native solutions, .NET applications, data migration, and enterprise modernization initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture standards, drive cloud adoption, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory , as the role involves regular interaction with technical teams, business leaders, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures on Microsoft Azure , including infrastructure, microservices, APIs, integrations, and data platforms.
- Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives for enterprise applications and legacy systems.
- Develop architecture blueprints, solution roadmaps, and technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Technical Requirement Documents (TRDs) , Solution Design Documents (SDDs) , architecture diagrams, and implementation documentation.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture governance, security policies, and development best practices across engineering teams.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation.
- Establish secure CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards,



including SOC 2 and cloud security best practices.
- Design highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions with monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor , PagerDuty , and related tools.
- Lead technical workshops, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor architects and engineering teams on Azure architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, DevOps teams, Engineering teams, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Solution Architecture.
- Minimum 8+ years in Solution Architecture roles.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure .

- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience establishing coding standards, architecture governance, and technical best practices.

Mandatory Certifications Candidates must hold active certifications in:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Mandatory)
- One Architect-Level Certification such as:
- TOGAF Certified
- Azure Architecture Certification (or equivalent)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SOC 2 compliance and cloud security frameworks.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation programs.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
