Key Responsibilities :
- Strong expertise in Java/Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, MicroFrontend, REST APIs, GraphQL, and distributed systems.
- IT Architecture : Through cross-team collaboration, define the technology and architecture that connects solutions across products and platforms while guiding engineering teams in solution design and implementation.
- Solution Decomposition : Decompose complex solutions into manageable components to reduce cognitive load for teams and ARTs, leveraging existing internal and external capabilities to accelerate delivery and optimize costs.
- Solution Feasibility and Sustainability : Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Non-Functional Requirements : Own and govern non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and compliance expectations.
- Delivery Approach : Partner with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to define appropriate delivery models, processes, tooling, and service design approaches.
- Technical Risks and Opportunities : Identify technical risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and continuous improvement opportunities while providing architectural recommendations.
- Emerging Technologies : Continuously evaluate industry trends, emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and internal platform innovations to drive technology modernization and strategic adoption.
Key Skills & Experience :
- 10 - 15 years of IT experience with a solid Java technology stack.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect, designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong expertise in Java/Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, MicroFrontend, REST APIs, GraphQL, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with GCP (Preferred), or Azure/AWS, including cloud-native architecture, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration architecture, application modernization, scalability, security, performance, architecture governance, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in solution decomposition, architecture governance, and designing reusable platform capabilities across multiple Agile teams and ARTs.
- Experience managing non-functional requirements, including scalability, resilience, security, observability, maintainability, and compliance.
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineering teams, product management, and business stakeholders to define solution feasibility and delivery approaches.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Experience evaluating emerging technologies, AI/GenAI opportunities, and driving technology standardization and innovation.
- TOGAF Certification - Mandatory.
- Cloud Certification - GCP (Preferred) / Azure / AWS.
- AI/Generative AI Certification - Preferred.
