Job Title: Solution Architect with Technical Business Analyst Skills

We are looking for a Solution Architect who also has Technical Business Analyst skills. This person will be proficient with data migration, API integration, third-party tool integration, KPI automation, data transformation, ETL processes, and data pipelining into data lake. They must also have excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to different senior business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Migration: Move data from one system to another smoothly.

- API Integration: Connect different software applications using APIs.

- Third-Party Tool Integration: Add external tools to improve system performance.

- KPI Automation: Automate key performance indicators for easier reporting.

- Data Transformation: Convert raw data into useful information.

- ETL Processes: Extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.

- Data Pipelining: Create and maintain data pipelines for productive data flow.

- Technical Documentation: Write clear technical documents.

- Communication: Communicate technical ideas clearly in both speech and writing.

- Presentation: Make and deliver engaging presentations and reports.

- Collaboration: Work with different teams to understand and meet business needs.

- Continuous Improvement: Keep up with new trends and technologies to improve solutions.

Technical Skills:

- Cloud Computing: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.





- Azure Cloud: Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and solutions like Delta Lake House (Data Lake + Data warehouse)

- Databricks: Experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics.

- Database Management: Skilled in SQL and NoSQL databases, Oracle and Salesforce

- Big Data Technologies: Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, etc.

- Machine Learning: Basic understanding of machine learning.

- DevOps: Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Security: Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

- Software Development: Proficient in Python, Java, or C#.

- Business Intelligence: Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.

- Data Governance: Understanding of data governance and compliance.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

- Experience: Minimum 8 years in solution architecture and technical business analysis.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in data migration, API integration, third-party tool integration, KPI automation, data transformation, ETL processes, data pipelining, ALATION for data governance and additional technical skills listed above.

- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication.

- Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver high-quality presentations and reports.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills.

- Team Player: Works well in a team.

- Certifications: Relevant certifications are a plus.
