Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.




- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience in designing secure network architectures that comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect organizational assets.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and integration of network security in hybrid environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex network security issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
