- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues (electrical and mechanical)
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar plants
- Ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with service teams and report site activities
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Follow safety standards and site protocols at all times
- Provide on-site technical support and customer assistance

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Electrical or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Solar EPC / electrical field work
- Solid understanding of solar PV systems and electrical components
- Ability to read electrical drawings and system layouts
- Excellent computer skills (basic reporting, MS Office, email communication)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,633.19 per month
