Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Rann of Kutch for Solar Piling Engineers, Supervisors, and Team members. The team will be responsible for planning and executing solar piling activities, including site preparation, pile positioning, installation, and quality checks for solar structures. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with project managers and electrical teams, monitoring work progress, and maintaining safety and compliance standards at the site.

Supervisors will allocate tasks, oversee the piling crew, track material usage, and report daily work status, while engineers will focus on technical verification, alignment checks, and integration with solar and electrical designs.



All team members will support equipment maintenance, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely completion of piling work in line with project schedules.

Qualifications

Practical experience and knowledge in the solar industry, including exposure to solar power projects and solar systems installation.

Ability to work with PV design and solar systems layouts, including understanding of structural and mounting requirements.

Familiarity with electrical design concepts related to solar power plants and coordination with electrical operation and maintenance teams.

Experience in piling works, foundation or civil construction activities, and use of piling machinery and related tools.

Diploma or degree in engineering (civil, electrical, or related field) preferred; relevant technical certifications are an advantage.

Strong understanding of site safety practices, ability to work in remote and challenging environments, and willingness to work extended hours as required.

Competence in reading engineering drawings, using basic measurement tools, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

Effective communication skills, ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and proven ability to supervise or work within a field crew.
